What we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone, dates of interest, number of guests and message content, when you use the contact form or join the waiting list.
- Browsing data: anonymised IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through Google Analytics 4 only with your consent.
- Technical cookies: required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choices.
Why we process it
- To answer your requests — pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To manage the waiting list and notify you when bookings open — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
- To measure site usage in aggregate — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Waiting list entries until consent is withdrawn, and in any case no longer than 24 months after opening. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@capuabubbleroom.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
