The bubble room
It is a quiet, inflatable transparent dome, anchored to the ground and connected to a unit that keeps its shape and temperature. Inside there is a real room: king size bed, quality linen, adjustable lighting, air conditioning and heating.
No. The transparent part faces upwards and towards the dense orchard; the side walls are opaque and every dome is screened by vegetation. The domes are also far apart, and the garden is private, closed by a wall and a gate.
Yes. Every bubble room has its own private bathroom with shower, hot water and a courtesy set. It is not shared and it is not a chemical toilet.
Every dome is climate-controlled, with air conditioning and heating you adjust from inside. The orchard helps too: the canopy keeps the garden several degrees below the city temperature.
The dome is waterproof: rain slides off, and hearing it arrive is one of the finest things that can happen to you here. In case of a red weather alert we contact you to move the date at no charge.
Bookings and stay
Opening is planned for the end of September. Bookings open shortly before: people on the waiting list are notified first and keep the launch price.
The planned list price is €390 per night for two people including breakfast. Joining the waiting list before opening locks in the launch price of €249, reserved for the first guests.
No. We ask for no payment, no card details and no deposit: the waiting list only gives you priority and locks the price. You can unsubscribe at any time with one email.
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. If you arrive earlier or leave later, tell us the time: we can almost always accommodate you.
The experience is designed for couples and adults, and for now we cannot accept pets. For family stays, write to us: we consider each case depending on the season.
The place
Via Gran Maestrato San Lazzaro 4, in the historic centre of Capua, province of Caserta. 35 minutes from Naples, 20 from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 45–55 minutes from Capodichino airport.
No: bubble rooms already exist in several Italian regions. We are, however, the first bubble hotel in Campania, and one of the very few in Italy set inside a historic garden in a city centre.
Breakfast is included and served in the garden. Private dinner in the orchard, sunset tastings and other services are booked separately: you will find them on the extra services page.
