A romantic weekend works when the place does half the job. Here that half is the garden: seven thousand square metres of lemons, oranges and century-old olive trees in the historic centre of Capua, bounded by sixteenth-century walls, with nobody around.

Arrival and first walk
Check-in from 4 pm, a welcome glass and a first walk between the rows as the light drops. No reception desk, no queue: just the gate opening.
Friday · evening
Private dinner in the orchard
A table set among the trees, a Campania menu, wines from Terra di Lavoro. Then back to the dome, and the sky does the rest.
Saturday
Capua, Caserta or the coast
Breakfast with fruit from the garden, then the day is yours: the historic centre of Capua on foot, the Royal Palace of Caserta twenty minutes away, the Amalfi Coast an hour and a quarter.

Back for a sunset tasting
A board of local produce at sunset, then the second night: the one where you notice you have already stopped checking your phone.

A slow departure
Check-out at 11 am. Before that, one last breakfast and a walk in the orchard: this is usually when guests ask whether they can extend.
When to come
- Spring (April–June): citrus blossom. The scent in the evening is the reason this project exists.
- Summer (July–August): warm nights and clear skies; the dome is air-conditioned and the trees keep the garden cool.
- Autumn (September–October): the best season for stars and for walking around Capua without crowds.
- Winter: selected openings. Heating is there, and rain on the dome is an experience of its own.
